Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers, including coaching and performance reviews
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and effective customer support
Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and monitor customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a communications or technology-related program, or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
3+ years of experience in a people leadership role
Willingness to travel up to 5%
