Ready to take your programmatic skills to the next level? We’re looking for a skilled Programmatic Trader with hands-on keyboard experience in The Trade Desk and a background in retail media networks like Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel, and others.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE ROLE :
Train new and existing clients on all areas of the platform with an emphasis on onboarding clients for self-serviceOwn the trading efforts for a portfolio of clients made up of small to medium-sized agencies & brandsResponsible for developing strategy, setup, and execution of campaigns that accomplish client objectives either manually or through client execution on a self-serve modelProvide ongoing performance updates and create compelling wrap-up decks with data visualizations and campaign performance narrativesCommunicate complicated concepts to audiences with various levels of knowledgeSupport Sales and Account Management teams with in-depth product knowledgeAssist in onboarding new trading hiresVisiting clients on-site and being part of client trainings and eventsWHO YOU ARE :
3–5 years of overall experience in programmatic marketing2–3 years of hands-on experience working within retail media networks like Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel, etc.At least 1 year of experience buying media using The Trade Desk platformDirect experience executing campaigns through Walmart ConnectComfortable managing and navigating relationships across brands, agencies, and retailers while activating through The Trade DeskStrong communicator who works well across internal teams and external partnersCan travel to visit and educate clients in person when neededConfident educator — you enjoy helping clients better understand the programmatic ecosystem and DSP capabilitiesStrong analytical mindset — able to draw insights from complex data setsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsSkilled at prioritizing and managing your time effectivelyWHO WE ARE :

The following details apply only to employees based in Denver, Colorado. Team members in Denver follow a hybrid schedule, working from our downtown office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $70,000 - $95,000, plus a quarterly goal incentiveThe successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
