ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is seeking Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role requires collaboration across accounting, budget, and compliance functions and includes responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal controls, audit readiness, funds management, and financial systems integration. As part of our proposal recruiting efforts, we are building a strong bench of Key Personnel who may be called upon to join the project upon award.

LOCATION

Fort Belvoir, VA (Full Time On-Site)

WHO YOU ARE

• Previous experience directly supporting Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, internal controls, or enterprise risk management
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative / qualitative analysis, ERM implementation, and financial compliance in federal environments
• Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret / SCI preferred)
