Job Title : Assembler- 3rd Shift

Location : Oro Valley, AZ

Terms : Contract

Requirements : HS Diploma / GED, previous manufacturing experience

You'll play a key role in building high-quality products that meet our exacting standards. You'll work hands-on with tools and machinery, ensuring each unit is assembled efficiently, accurately, and safely.

What You'll Do

Assemble products according to technical specifications and work instructions

Inspect and test components to ensure quality and compliance with standards

Maintain production targets and workflow efficiency

Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly

Identify and report issues, defects, or process improvements to supervisors

Who You Are

0 5 years of relevant experience (training provided for entry-level candidates)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing

Comfortable using hand tools, machinery, and production software

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production environments

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
