About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning processes, supporting business expansion and commercial planning, and overseeing cost management and business analysis. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of managing the budget and forecast processes, performance tracking, and providing in-depth financial analysis to executive leadership. The VP of FP&A will also be a key partner to the Investor Relations team, involved in quarterly earnings, and will play a pivotal role in M&A and commercial partnership opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a publicly traded company is essential, as is a strong background in investor relations and regulatory requirements. The role demands a high level of proficiency in financial modeling, advanced financial analysis techniques, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. An MBA is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at using advanced analytics tools and technologies to derive actionable insights.
