The Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood is hiring a Sushi Assistant. The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and passionate about Japanese cuisine , with a strong understanding of sushi preparation and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sushi chef in preparing rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty items
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Ensure food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Prepare ingredients, manage inventory, and help with setup and breakdown
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours
