ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to calls and e-mails from advisors and clients regarding life insurance, annuities, LTC, and disability insurance.
- Assist, review, submit and follow up on :
Title Changes : Ownership, POA, Beneficiary changes & Third party authorization
Agent of record changes, licensing, product, carrier requirementsClaims on life, annuity, LTC & LTCPerform policy reviewsAssist with ACATs, withdrawals & surrendersRun and request in force illustrationsEFT / modal changesReinstatementsConversionsAssist in completing formsRespond to customer requests in timely manner, provide information and resolve problemsPerform other tasks as assigned by managementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree or equivalent workforce experiencePrevious one year life and / or annuity insurance experience is preferredKnowledge of life and annuity insurance products and industry is preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skillsAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualitySelf-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionAnalytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to determine the appropriate actionEstablish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to maintain confidentialityDemonstrated reliability in attendance and work performanceQUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and Willingness to learn systems and industryCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
