Director Of Engineering

Overview

Lead the design of mechanical & electro‑mechanical products & systems.

Oversee project completion ensuring adherence to quality standards & specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards & regulations, and optimizing efficiency & quality.

Establish test plans, procedures, and best practices; address technical queries.

Salary

$100K–$120K per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in related product design and project duties.

Knowledge of design & prototyping of composite materials airframes.

Experience with drone internal mechanisms such as battery door, payload and motor suspension.

Proficiency with CNC and 3D printers.
