Responsibilities

Prospect for new life insurance clients through warm leads, referrals, networking, and agency-generated opportunities.

Conduct needs-based life insurance assessments to identify suitable coverage options.

Present and recommend life insurance solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirement

Active Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Previous sales experience preferred life experience is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
