Position Summary :

The Quality & Safety Manager will oversee companywide jobsite safety, quality audits, and compliance programs in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement company safety and quality policies

Conduct on-site audits and lead corrective action planning

Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain compliance documentation

Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to maintain standards

Qualifications :

5–7 years of safety / quality management experience

OSHA 30, CSP, or CHST certification preferred

Excellent communication and reporting skills
