Sales Representative
Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues. Examples include taking request for quotes, processing orders, providing follow up / status to customers via telephone, fax, email, and customer internet portals. Provides in-service support for escalated issues and works with other groups to strategize solutions for issue resolution. Investigates issues thoroughly and maintains comprehensive information pertaining to customer issues. Strives to ensure that his / her, as well as the company's monthly booking (sales) goals are met. Place cold and warm calls to customers or potential customers to promote sales. The position requires CSRs to log a minimum of daily calls. Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. Communicates regularly with clients to ensure the company is meeting their expectations. Encourages, facilitates, and reinforces strong relationships between customers and management.
Qualifications :
Shift : M-F 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (schedule may vary slightly)
Wage : D.O.E.
Start Date : ASAP after meeting all pre-employment requirements
