We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This position will support a successful professional service firm who is experiencing growth. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities :

Review invoices for accuracy

Enter and code invoices into database

Process expense reports

Gain approvals when necessary and provide reporting

Requirements :

Three or more years of accounting experience

Associate’s Degree in Accounting required

Analytical and deadline driven

Professional communication skills
