We are seeking a motivated Industrial / Aerospace Engineering Intern to join our team. The intern will support process improvement initiatives data analysis and efficiency optimization projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a real-world operations or manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do :

• Assist in analyzing workflows production methods and process layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support time and motion studies to collect data and recommend improvements.
• Create or update process documentation standard work instructions and visual aids.
• Collect and analyze operational data using Excel SQL or other tools.
• Assist in capacity planning production scheduling and resource optimization.
• Present findings and recommendations to team leaders and stakeholders.

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Junior or Senior level preferred).

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
