Certified Hardware Technician

Position Summary :

Our client is hiring an Integration Specialist in the Salem, NH area. This position is fully onsite. Candidates must have a CompTIA A+ certification, be willing to occasionally travel, and have hands on hardware experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to technical support requests, triage issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support (urgent responses within 15 minutes; non-urgent within 4 hours).

Travel as required, including overnight stays.

Rack, cable, and label servers and related components in lab and field environments.

Build and configure customer server systems, including hardware installation, firmware updates, and RAID / BIOS / UEFI / OS setup.

Install operating systems and document configurations.

Test and verify hardware and peripherals to ensure performance and compliance with specifications.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions.

Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with new technologies.
