Job Description Summary

The Marketing organization is responsible for developing the long-term strategy for the brand building differentiated market positioning developing superior brand mixes as well as developing and executing integrated marketing plans. Specifically brand management defines the brands pricing packaging trade merchandising advertising and promotion strategies and is responsible for P&L management in delivering profit volume and market share objectives. The Senior Associate Brand Manager will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager on the business and assist in managing the Babybel brand and its sub-lines.

The Senior Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the planning execution and analysis of various business initiatives. This role will gain broad exposure to all functional activities on the brands business (including but not limited to Consumer Insights New Products Sales Operations and Finance). In this role the SABM will lead consumption and be relied upon for analytical insights that help shape and develop business strategy in conjunction with the Sr. Brand Manager. Additionally this role will manage communications projects with Bels agencies across advertising creative media PR and consumer promotions.

Working Conditions : Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects deadlines and other concerns. Occasional travel may be required.

Total Rewards :

Base Salary : $95000 - $105000

Bonus Potential : 12%
