NTN is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Schaumburg office. Primary Responsibilities

• Review and validate international trade invoices
• Accurately code invoices to GL accounts
• Track and report costs associated with trade accounts
• Collaborate across departments
• Perform receipt matching throughout the month
• Audit admissions and shipments in / out of FTZ warehouse
• Assist in month end closing process, including month-end reporting and filing of documents

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. $48K - $55K
