Customer Service Representative

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative.

Position type : Full-time, Contract

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Wayne Pennsylvania 19087 / Johnston, IA 50131

As a Customer Service Representative , you will :

• Provides customer service via the telephone.
• Proactively contact customers via phone or email to solicit and enrolling customers into direct debit and email invoicing
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and / or lessees
• Direct debit ACH Account Maintenance Processes maintenance journal requests.
• Answers incoming customer calls Processes address changes.
• Processes requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests.
• Performs account audits and reconciliation.
• Processes insurance cancellation requests and payments by phone.

This is a fulltime-Contract role
