A high-integrity leader with strong interpersonal skills who can develop and motivate a team. Ability to effectively present information and answer questions before employees, managers, and customers. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Position Overview :
Tidewater Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking to fill our Garden City Account Manager position. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all field operations within the assigned division.
Salary is based on experience for this exempt position. A company truck will be provided. Other benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short, and Long Term Disability, FSA, 401k, Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Holiday Pay. Safety essentials are provided by the company.
Responsibilities :
- Manages and schedules labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish production schedules.
- Understand contract specifications and ensure they are met and maintain customers' complete satisfaction.
- Hiring, training, and development of personnel along with performance evaluations.
- Visit job sites regularly, observe the organization of work, identify and resolve training issues, and take necessary actions to ensure quality.
- Respond to customer complaints, ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Investigate any accident or safety violation, prepare appropriate reports, and take action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences.
- Coordinate between divisions to maximize and leverage company-wide personnel, equipment, and other resources.
