Financial Analyst

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

Job Purpose

Graco is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our IT and Marketing teams. This individual will develop and provide financial and operational analysis to aid IT and Marketing leadership in strategic business and financial decision making. Reporting to the IT & Marketing Controller, this person will play a pivotal role in comprehensive financial analysis, variance assessment, forecasting, and optimizing performance across these functions. This position is instrumental in enhancing organizational understanding of value drivers, contributing to Graco Inc.'s overall success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis by gathering, monitoring, and interpreting data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
• Manage Graco IT & Marketing general ledger accounting transactions.
• Facilitate adherence to Graco's management and accounting policies and procedures, including monitoring capital projects and software procurement.
• Drive process definition, improvement, automation and enhanced reporting of KPIs.
• Assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts and generate reports comparing actual results.
• Deliver timely and accurate information to key stakeholders, enabling them to comprehend the implications of strategic and operational decisions effectively.
• Enhance performance measurement by integrating financial and non-financial data to provide a holistic view of performance.
• Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
