As a compliance liaison, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving defendants’ court costs and ensuring effective and efficient payment collections. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing delinquent defendant accounts, establishing payment arrangements, and coordinating with internal and external departments to resolve outstanding balances. Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze delinquent customer accounts to determine appropriate action
• Contact defendants to negotiate and establish payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and payment agreements
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve balance / payment disputes
• Monitor and track payment progress and follow up with defendants as needed
• Provide exceptional service while effectively managing challenging situations
• Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline collections procedures
