Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Chula Vista, CA. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement treatment programs aimed at improving functionality and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities include one-on-one sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and providing education on personalized exercises patients can perform independently. The therapist will primarily serve a diverse patient base with varied diagnoses to support their rehabilitative goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics
• Strong foundation in Medicine and therapeutic intervention techniques
• Exceptional Communication skills to work with patients, families, and team members
• Commitment to patient care, with the ability to design goal-oriented therapy plans
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain it
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• CPR certification and experience with diverse patient populations are a plus
