Industrial Production Process Ownership

Ownership of high volume die cast industrial production process for new and existing products; calculate parameters and conduct DOE / SPC documentation using analytical problem solving skills with hands on statistical techniques. Utilize Lean 6-Sigma practices for process improvement / troubleshooting for die cast manufacturing. Resolve quality issues like porosity, leakage, cracks. Responsible for finish, process, cost reduction. Successful applicants should have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field and two years of experience in the job duties. In the alternative, we will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field and five years of experience in the job duties.
