Job responsibility's :

• Manages the clinical relationships with consulting psychiatrists / physicians when needed.
• Interacts with clinical program directors, therapists, and other staff members, as appropriate, providing guidance if needed.
• Works in collaboration with the members of the Executive Team and / or members of the Directors Team to develop clinical content and ensure all clinical programs are in compliance.
• Works in conjunction with a treatment team to help ensure that there are appropriate staff interventions and care provided to benefit clients.
