Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver engaging clinical lab sessions for surgical technology students.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor students fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical technology and integrate them into lab instruction.

Full-time Faculty Lab Instructor requirements include :

Onboarding is detailed and excellent : detailed Orientation then takes a class to teach and train instructors over the next week(s).
