Remote Occupational Health Nurse - RN

A company is looking for a Remote Occupational Health Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership in managing and overseeing medical and disability services

Coordinate and manage the full spectrum of disability and absence cases, including Workers' Compensation and Short-Term Disability

Act as the central clinical liaison to ensure seamless coordination of care among employees, management, and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Must have a compact / multistate RN license

Case Management Certification preferred

Minimum 5 years of occupational health experience with 2-3 years as a telephonic nurse case manager

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
