Business Process Analyst

CorTech is seeking to hire a Business Process Analyst for our client in Cayce, SC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay : $37.77 / Hour Must be local and able to drive in, will have to be onsite 40 hours / week (3 days at the TOC and 2 days remote) Top 3 Required Skills Analytical Skills - experience taking data and organizing and finding common issues' Communication Sills Experience creating / updating / managing spreadsheets and knowledge of Microsoft Suite Soft skill : Strong communication skills both verbal and written – yes to both! Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams – yes, and the ability to work across multiple departments and access several databases Nice to Have Skills : Face to face presentation skills Background in construction or excavation Know proper digging laws High Level Project Overview : Develop damage prevention reports to identify trends that can be used to prevent future damages Study damage data and 811 ticket volume and create reports Study contractor performance measures to create reports Study data from across multiple states to identify trends (Ohio, Utah, North Carolina and South Carolina) Preferred Years of Experience : Minimum 5 years in a directly related field Education : BS in Business Administration or equivalent Experience : Prior experience in the utilities industry would be nice but not required.
