Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opening in Dallas, Texas Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic team in the Dallas, Texas area. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible, Orthopedic Trauma fellowship trained physician. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice the full scope of orthopedic trauma surgery in a high-volume, Level I trauma center with state-of-the-art facilities and strong support from a collaborative team of specialists. RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries Participate in trauma call coverage on a rotating schedule Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists, intensivists, emergency physicians, and other surgical specialists Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
