Pay : $18.50 / hr - $23 / hr. CNA Starts at $20 / hr

Schedule : Everyday ( Monday - Sunday) 9 AM - 1PM ( Slightly Flexible)

Priority will be given to candidate who can work ALL SHIFTS But do apply if can work weekdays OR weekends

About Us :

At FirstLight, we're passionate about helping individuals live their best lives at home. We're looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Personal Care Assistants (PCA).

What You'll Do :

• Provide full assistance with bathing / showering and light support with dressing .
• Manage daily meal planning, preparation, snacks, and baking, and actively encourage water intake throughout the shift.
• Execute all necessary domestic duties, including (dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, dishes), laundry (washing, folding, and putting away), and operating the sheet ironing machine.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands using the client's vehicle. Manage routine daily / weekly outdoor tasks (e.g., mail collection, trash / recycling handling).
• Ensure the client's environment is consistently comfortable by changing bed linens bi-weekly, making the bed daily, and assisting with organizational tasks as needed.
• C lient's small dog (feeding, watering, and letting the dog in / out).

We're Looking For :

• Experience or training in personal care (HHA, CNA, PCA certification preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.
• We will conduct reference checks on all final candidates.
