Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, managing client accounts, and assisting with policy servicing while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and problem-solving
Educate clients on coverage options and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure seamless client service
Stay up to date with industry and carrier requirements.
Requirements
Property & Casualty insurance license (willing to get within 3 months)
1+ years of experience in insurance customer service or related role preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office
