We plan to open a branch office in Los Angeles next March. Our branch office will focus on driving investment and digital asset development in the cryptocurrency options trading market through innovation and leadership, adhering to honest and prudent investment principles, and providing clients with reliable investment solutions and risk management strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Execution and Business Management
Participate in company strategy formulation and drive its implementation and execution.
Coordinate various business units (investment, asset management, operations, finance, risk management, etc.) to achieve overall business objectives.
Supervise the execution of major projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Investment and Asset Management Support
Conduct overall supervision and performance evaluation of the investment portfolio and asset operations.
Participate in the decision-making and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, repositioning, or expansion plans.
Provide strategic advice on business development and asset operations to optimize investment returns.
Operations Management and Process Optimization
Establish and improve cross-departmental processes, management systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supervise daily operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Drive the implementation of digital or systematic operational tools.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
Lead the senior management team and key department heads.
Participate in talent selection, performance management, and development programs to promote high-performing team building.
Establish a benchmark for company culture and execution.
Risk Management and Compliance Oversight
Coordinate with the risk management, legal, and compliance departments to ensure business operations are conducted within a controllable risk range.
Conduct risk assessments for major investment and operational decisions.
External Relations and Business Development
Represent the company in strategic communications with clients, investors, partners, and regulatory agencies.
Participate in new business development, market expansion, and strategic cooperation negotiations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA or related senior management degree preferred.
15-20 years of senior management experience, with experience in cross-departmental coordination, business operations, and investment / asset management.
Familiar with asset management, investment projects, capital market operations, and risk and compliance management.
Excellent strategic thinking, organizational management skills, and execution ability.
Excellent interpersonal communication and influence, able to coordinate and advance within the board of directors, senior management team, and business units.
Experience in international business or cross-regional management is preferred.
