The Arborist Account Manager position is not just a job; it's a year-round adventure filled with challenges and rewards. We are seeking your hands-on proficiency in estimating and marketing tree services, along with a keen insight into the logistical essentials needed for the triumph of arboricultural practices.

As the Arborist Account Manager, your main responsibilities include :

• Using consultative sales techniques for sales prospecting and building lasting business relationships
• Proposing job costs and providing timely estimates to both prospects and clients
• Negotiating contracts and collaborating with office staff to schedule work
• Creating work orders and instructing crews on key job scope elements to ensure client expectations are met
• Setting up crews, communicating ongoing work, and ensuring job completion to client satisfaction
• Following up with customers promptly after job completion to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Obtaining referrals, networking with peers, and actively seeking new business opportunities
• Demonstrating ethical behavior, integrity, and promoting a positive Company culture as a role model.
• Continuously engaging in prospecting for new business opportunities.
