Providing one-to-one

nursing care in a home environment

Taking

direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered

nurse

Following the plan of care

Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed

Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License

Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not

online)

Valid driver's license

G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to

train

after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees must complete

the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the

initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on

completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a

current or potential Preferred Home Health Care, a Care Options for

Kids client are not eligible to receive a bonus. Not to be combined

with any other Preferred Home Health Care or Care Options for Kids
