Program Analyst
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Planning and Program Support Department of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. Responsibilities include serving as the Web Repair of Repairables (WebRoR) Delivery Manager, providing operational and project management support for the effective execution of WebRoR applications' operation, governance, planning, and expansion. You will serve as the primary for regular phone and video conference calls with all relevant stakeholders to review progress, track changes to existing requirements, and question and resolve repair and return business process issues. You will translate repair and return business process requirements into documentation to be shared with the WebRoR development team in order to develop technical specifications.
Qualifications : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Program Analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Utilizing automated software systems / tools such as Web Repair of Repairables (WebROR) and other associated IT systems in order to execute repair and return policy directives; 2) Managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program support projects and keeping team members on schedule to meet mission goals; 3) Collaborating and communicating with developers and customers to resolve issues and recommend corrective action; 4) Providing operational and project management related support for the effective execution of the WebRoR applications' operation, governance, planning, and expansion.
