Description

  • Perform In-Process and Final Inspection on Parts / Materials.
  • Interpret and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to validate parts.
  • Prepare and Record Compliant First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Use Standard Measuring Equipment (CMM, KEYENCE, Micrometers, Calipers, Height gage etc.).
  • Inspect parts by process / procedure using dimensional and visual inspections.
  • CMM Programming Skills IDEAL-Training available
  • Works with Supplier Quality for Inspection results disposition

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

Required Certifications and Training

  • Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
  • CMM(ZEISS) training courses desired.
  • SOLID Works Experience preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO13485,9001, Regulatory Controls, Regulatory Audits

    • Experience Level with Business Tools

  • MUST be Familiar with business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint., SAP, ETQ , SharePoint

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.
  • Strong blueprint and drawing interpretation and competency skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a Team Player.

    • Typical Education and Experience

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • CMM Training desired.
  • Mechanical Engineering experience
