job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver specialized wound care in a mobile environment Treat a variety of wounds, including : Amniotic wound care Diabetic foot ulcers Pressure ulcers Venous and arterial ulcers Surgical wounds Traumatic wounds Chronic wounds Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of patient care Educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (WI or compact) Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience as an NP Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Master's degree or higher in Nursing Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or FNP-BC) Wound care certification (WOCN, WCC, or similar) preferred
