A company is looking for a Senior Director, Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies

Utilize workforce analytics to inform decisions and measure HR initiatives' impact

Lead HR efforts during organizational changes and ensure smooth integration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience

Eight (8) years of HR transactional experience required

Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives preferred

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resource (PHR) credentials preferred
