Required :

CA License

BLS (AHS or ARC)

3 Years of overall LVN experience in a primary care or urgent care setting. Would also accept L&D exp as long as has outpatient clinic exp as well

Epic Experience

Flu Vaccination (no declinations / no exemptions)

IV / Blood Draw Certified (proficient with blood draws)

Preferred :

• Experience with PAP, Coplo, Leep, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions / removals, Nexplanon, and NST
• L&D experience

Years of experience REQ : 3 as LVN in an outpatient / urgent care setting
