Customer service training or experience. Transport patients to and from healthcare facilities, appointments, and other designated locations safely and punctually. Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles when necessary, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies to ensure secure transportation services. Coordinate with healthcare staff to manage scheduling and route planning to optimize transportation efficiency.
About the Role :
The Driver at Larkin Behavioral Health Services plays a critical role in supporting the healthcare delivery system by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients, staff, and essential supplies. This position requires flexibility and reliability to meet varying daily transportation needs within the health care environment. Minimum Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility challenges as needed.
