Monitoring Administrator

Overview

HCI Systems, Inc. is a fast-growing full-service fire and life safety company providing an array of solutions for a multitude of facilities that include fire alarm, fire suppression, fire sprinkler, electronic security, access control, video management, audio / visual, surveillance, nurse call, and more. We are seeking a motivated and detailed professional to join our Ontario team as a Fire Alarm Systems Monitoring Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fire alarm, intrusion, area of refuge and elevator systems for system performance and safety.
• Report system malfunctions, incidents, and emergencies to internal teams or vendors as soon as performance issues are detected for fast resolution.
• Review emails for urgent service requests to determine which systems need immediate attention.
• Assist internal team members, vendors, and customers, managing and monitoring inquiries across our HCI offices and sister offices for Control Systems Inc.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records.
• Answer phone calls and emails with a high-level of professionalism.
• Communicate effectively by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 / Hr.
