Insurance & Risk Manager

ALSO is looking for an Insurance & Risk Manager to take ownership of our Insurance Program and partner with strategic and operational leaders to mitigate and manage risk across ALSO’s international organization. This role is ideal for an outstanding and experienced insurance manager who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth companies and is excited to build our insurance, risk and resilience program from the ground up.

Pay

Base pay range : $175,000.00 / yr - $195,000.00 / yr

What You Will Do

• Manage the maintenance and renewal of ALSO’s corporate insurance program.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from around the world to ensure risk is understood and addressed appropriately.
• Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers and other third parties.
• Support cross‑functional work on strategic initiatives relating to identifying, understanding and managing risk.
• Review and negotiate contractual insurance requirements.
• Manage corporate insurance claims activity.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence within the function.
