Position Overview :

This role supports of our major Med Device clients and focuses on supporting quality tasks and responsibilities within the organization, emphasizing adherence to company values and enhancing customer service quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Punctuality and Attendance : Adhere to the company’s attendance policy.
  • Documentation : Follow good documentation practices and computer use policies; assist in maintaining quality records.
  • Communication : Report problems and suggestions to supervisors; communicate rules, regulations, and procedures to associates.
  • Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in supporting quality, manufacturing, or distribution systems; preferred experience in supporting quality systems.
  • Registration : None required.
  • Skills : Good oral communication and organizational skills.Ability to interact effectively with associates and outside contractors.Computer literacy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This role is designed for someone who is organized, communicative, and able to adapt to various challenges while contributing to a high-quality service environment.
