A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist internal employees with HR-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities : Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding HR-related inquiries Document employee interactions and track issues to resolution using HR systems Research, troubleshoot, and resolve routine to moderately complex issues Qualifications : High School Diploma required 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center Prior experience supporting Human Resources inquiries is a plus Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus High level of confidentiality and professionalism
