Where you will work : This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Minnesota or western Wisconsin .

The contributions you will make :

This position is responsible for s erv ing Compeer's internal and external clients by developing new business through Financial Officers, agribusinesses and vendor relationships . You will m arket, structure and deliver leasing products; lead any Compeer 'front-end guidance' research , and collaborate with other Compeer teams for smooth and efficient process flow and client service.

How we will take care of you :

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a Commission-based plan. Commission is uncapped and earned based on New Lease Volume annually. This role is also eligible for a variable compensation, which may vary year to year.

Base Pay

$66,000 — $111,400 USD
