Pay starts at $21.80 for the first 90 days. After successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, the wage increases to $29.06 / hr. This role is proudly represented by the UniteHERE Local 2 Union.
The Buffett Attendant is responsible for checking the levels of products in the buffet and reporting replacement needs to kitchen management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
The attendant will assist with proper storage of foods, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and ensuring that equipment and supplies are properly maintained and arrangedAssembling the buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafterEnsuring that the buffet always remains well-stockedReceiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as neededProviding customers with condiments upon requestEnsuring that customers vacate the restaurant by the close of meal serviceCleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal servicePrevious cooking experience and formal certification preferredPossess basic culinary knowledge and ability to perform food service functions in a health care institutionClearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tablesResolving customers' queries and complaintsSweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal serviceQualifications :
