Accounts Payable Specialist (Part Time)

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support day to day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, managing vendor payments, and keeping financial workflows running smoothly. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Accounts Payable Specialist's Responsibilities and Duties

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Review and reconcile statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support month end processes related to accounts payable
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth payment operations
• Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting systems for data entry and maintenance
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
