Senior Director of Finance – Specialty Physician Network
Location : Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid : Onsite 1–2 days / week)
Position Type : Direct Hire
Salary Range : $190,000–$240,000 + 30% Bonus

We’re searching for a Senior Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for one of the fastest-growing, physician-led practice platforms in the country. What You’ll Do :
Lead all financial functions across a growing, high-performing physician group.Manage integration into a broader national platform—budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.Oversee a team including multiple regional finance leaders and an FP&A / Analytics unit.Collaborate closely with executive and physician leaders to drive financial strategy.Own and operate the full P&L across an expansive multisite practice network.What We’re Looking For :
A seasoned finance executive with experience in physician practice finance —ideally someone who has supported multi-location physician groups, health systems, or PE-backed platforms.A deep understanding of physician comp models , M&A integration , and strategic finance .Executive presence with polished, confident communication—comfortable influencing both physicians and C-suite stakeholders.A consultative problem-solver with a track record of building trust and driving results.Someone looking for long-term impact—not just chasing the next PE wave.Preferred Background :
