Media Executive (Bilingual) - Kosa

Kosa / First Alert 7 / Telemundo 20 in Odessa-Midland, TX, is seeking a Media Executive to join our elite sales team. This role puts you face-to-face with local business owners, selling them marketing solutions to help them grow their businesses. We have top-of-the-line digital marketing products (Gray Digital Media) and powerful TV stations to do this. To be successful, you'll need to be a hard worker who is motivated and eager to be the best.

Duties / Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• 90% of your time will be spent developing new business.
• Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their business.
• Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, and manage your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth.
• Learn and master digital advertising products and tools (we are always innovating and growing), along with Gray Digital Media's suite of digital services.
• Develop, retain, and grow client relationships in West Palm and throughout the country.
• Manage your book of business using client management tools and software. Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all KOSA / Gray Digital Media departments and support staff.
