Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Metal Fabrication to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to develop and execute process improvements that align with the organization's goals. Furthermore, you will leverage your knowledge of metal fabrication technologies and Powder Coating to guide the development of new products and processes, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for metal fabrication.
• Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure new products are able to be manufactured.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support troubleshooting of production issues and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
