What You'll Do :
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent using multiple platforms and strategies
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outreach to generate leads and fill your client pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets
- Manage candidate and client interactions through our ATS and CRM
- Represent Denali Staffing Group at networking events and career fairs
