• About the Role :

As a CBRE Head of Projects, you'll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

As Head of Projects you would be responsible for delivering projects within a Business Units (BU), whilst leading and developing your team in the safe delivery of projects in a principal delivery model.

The role is responsible for creating a sales pipeline to generate revenue for the BU, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the financial boundaries and profit margins set by the business, therefore building external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver projects is vital.

Ensuring all projects follow commercial agreements / contracts, comply with statutory regulations, meet QHSE requirements, and adhere to technical industry standards is essential.

Pay Disclaimer : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $150,000 annually, and the maximum salary for this position $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
